Terms and Conditions of Bookings
1. Payments by cash, cheque, bacs, and the following cards:
Visa Debit / Delta, Visa Credit, Maestro / Switch, Mastercard – no charge.
2. A deposit equal to the first nights stay is required.
3. If the booking is cancelled less than 14 days before arrival then a charge equal to 50% of the stay will be made. If the booking is cancelled less than 8 days before arrival then a charge equal to the full booking amount will be made.
4. In the event of a no show or booking reduction (after arrival date) the full cost of the booking is charged.
5. Please note that if you make a booking to stay with us through a third party (ie. ‘Laterooms’ or ‘Booking.com’) you are also bound by their terms and conditions.
6. We reserve the right to impose a £100 cleaning fee if you smoke in one of our rooms or damage the room in any way.
